RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away to obtain a return authorization. Once you have obtained an authorization number, please return the stones to us in the same condition as you received them and well packed. We will give you a refund minus a 10% restocking fee of the full retail value of the item. The shipping and insurance fees (either going or coming) are non-refundable.
SHIPPING TERMS:
Domestic Orders:
At this time, we are solely shipping via USPS priority mail. Shipping cost is determined by the total weight of the order and destination. Shipping rates are quoted by the shopping cart and should the amount be significantly different, we will contact you.
We will combine orders whenever possible should you place more than one order prior your original order being shipped.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days of receipt or as soon as payment is cleared by our bank.
International Orders:
International Orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Time of delivery depends on the country.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and any other fees and/or taxes that may be imposed by their government. We report full value on all customs forms as per the US Postal Service: The USPS requires that their customs form not be falsified. The instructions read "A False or misleading declaration may lead to a fine or to seizure of the item." When you sign your name on a Customs Form, you are verifying with your signature that the information you provided is correct and valid. To make sure you are complying with international regulations, please make sure the amount stated on your customs declaration is supported by your invoice or other documentation.
